The faculty and staff of Forest Hill Elementary work hard to keep our children safe, but we can not do it alone.  We appreciate your help in   following the rules set forth to protect all of our children.  Here are a few reminders for you to check out...

Children that are NOT enrolled in before school care, may not arrive on campus prior to 7:30A.M.  This is a safety issue.  Teachers are not on duty prior to 7:30 and there is no one to supervise children that are dropped off as early as 7:00.

When dropping children off in the morning, please drop children off on the side of the building. Make sure you stay with the flow of traffic.  Please stay in the correct lane and have students ready to exit the vehicle when you stop.  This will speed up your drop off time because traffic gets congested on Moffett.   

*      Do not enter the building during dismissal unless you have business in the office.

*      Absolutely no vehicles are to be parked in the back van pick up area in the back of the school.  This area is off limits for parent parking.  It is unsafe for children to be walking in this area. 

*      Children should not be checked out after 2:30P.M.  Teachers are still teaching during this time and calling students out for dismissal interrupts the instructional time. Children are released only to those listed on the registration card. ***Please have I.D. ready.***

You are not allowed to park on the grass in the back and have your child walk to you. If you wish to park on Forest Hill Dr, or on Tulane Drive, you are welcome to do so as long as you are off school property. If all parents follow these procedures, carpool should continue to run smoothly.
